I really enjoyed my stay; the room was comfortable, clean, and offered good value for money. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the market square, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast could use better organization, as there were mixed-up orders and delays.

I was travelling to Richmond for one night. My standard queen room had an iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk. The food was incredible and the stuff where polite and exceptional. The location was very central, near to the centre and a beautiful market town and the market square and castle. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Unicorn. I loved the stay here.

Great location in the heart of Richmond with convenient parking. The WiFi worked well, and the staff were friendly, though a bit overwhelmed at times. Just be prepared for some quirks in the rooms, as they could use a little TLC.

It was just an excellent fit for a quick layover in Richmond with decent value for money. The food was lovely but service was quite slow, took 40 minutes after the main course for dessert. Make sure to check on the stairs if you have heavy luggage.

The room was comfortable and spacious, though some areas seemed a bit worn. Breakfast featured generous portions and locally sourced ingredients. The only downside was the noise from outside. A pleasant experience with friendly staff.
